Starting 2011, FIA executive and general committee under the leadership of Jagadish Prabhala (FIA President) will start commending team members and star performers who are committed on their goals to provide quality and outstanding service to the FIA vision of serving the community.

January, 2011	Vikram Prabhala	Vice-President (IT)		For his continued efforts to streamline FIA processes by creating online Volunteer Management System and Cultural Performers Management System. And for his zealous creativity in redesigning www.fia-ohio.org and www.indiafestival.org websites.
February,2011	Srinivas (Venkat) Ganti	Education Chair		For starting the first ever "Hello World - Programming for Kids" computer classes at the Bharatiya Hindu Temple. The class will teach 24 children, python programming language this year.
